Community Guidelines

The following items may not be listed on FreeStuff:

• Weapons and ammunition
• Hazardous materials
• Controlled substances
• Recalled products
• Live animals
• Digital goods (software, music, etc. that can be freely downloaded)
• Advertisements or promotions
• Event promotions
• Housing or living quarters
• Employment offers or requests

• Provide accurate descriptions and honest condition ratings
• One listing per item (don't bundle unrelated items)
• Include clear, well-lit pictures (at least one image is required per listing)
• Respond to claim requests promptly
• Update your listing status when the item is taken
• Remove or expire listings for items no longer available

• Only claim items you genuinely intend to pick up
• Show up for agreed-upon pickups or communicate if plans change
• Be respectful of the lister's time and home
• Listers choose who to give their item to. First come does not guarantee first served
• If you claimed an item but changed your mind, cancel your claim so others can have it

• Treat all members with respect
• No commercial activity: no selling, no trading, no bartering
• No discrimination
• Violations may result in account removal
